Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Loan Cancellation

At LoanPulsePro, you can cancel your loan application at any time before the final disbursement of funds. Once the funds from LoanPulsePro have been transferred, the loan cannot be cancelled, only repaid early in accordance with our early repayment terms.

2. Advisory Fee Refunds

If you have paid for a financial consultation at LoanPulsePro and wish to cancel, you must do so at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund from LoanPulsePro. Cancellations of LoanPulsePro consultations within 24 hours are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

3. Processing Fees

Please note that administrative and processing fees paid to LoanPulsePro are non-refundable once the processing of the application has commenced. LoanPulsePro reserves the right to retain these fees to cover technical costs.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund from LoanPulsePro, please contact our support team at contact@LoanPulsePro.shop with your transaction details. LoanPulsePro will process all valid refund requests within 7-10 business days.

5. Disputed Charges

If you believe there has been an error in billing from LoanPulsePro, please contact us immediately. LoanPulsePro will investigate and resolve any billing discrepancies within 30 days.
